Well-used so the surfaces show wear, except for the book case--the top has been re-finished. Good quality wooden pieces. The insides of the drawers are in great condition. This set up can also be left un-assembled for a nice bedroom set-up. It's a low loft bed, which is nice. Space saving. Available for pick up November 30
