Description

Made from the central taproot of a giant elm tree, this bench is one of a kind. The grain is mulyi colored burr patterns with pearl luster over roughly 75%. There are a couple spots at the surface where a rock was consumed as the root grew and now theyre permanently embedded, surrounded by pearl reddish purple bursts of color and grain pattern. The legs are both single, solid pieces cut from the top slab removed to make this one. Plenty of hands on hours in this piece. The lumber was grown, milled and shaped here by me, and the bench was hand made by yours truly, right here on our ranch in Reno NV.
