North Atlantic 540/20 Resolver High Accuracy/ Bridge

The Model 540 Synchro/Resolver Bridge provides the user with the ability to measure the electrical shaft position of either synchros or resolvers as components or as transducers within an operating system. Its unique bridge circuit design provides a constant null voltage gradient over the entire angular range. When the model 540 input is connected to the standard line to line levels of 11.8, 26, 90, 115 Vrms, it provides a null output in either the synchro or the resolver mode. This instrument is designed to provide 2 arc-seconds of accuracy at the operating frequency of 400 Hz and may be used with reduced accuracy up to 5 kHz.
