Camper I've had for a bout 2 years and only used it a few times. There was a little water damage from leaving the sun roof open from previous owner and that where you see the copper stain on the canvas. I know there is some spray you could use to clean off but or never bothered me enough to. Camper has electric, gas and water hook up. Sleeps up to 8 and easily assembled. There is a canopy that also comes out if you would like to sit in the shade outside. There is a little patch work in the corner but easy fix. Other than the stain and corner everything works great!
