I have a commercial inflatable water slide it had a few minor holes which i patched just need the right blower for it which u can find on Amazon for $100 and the slide it self there usually priced anywhere from $2,000 and higher so really it's a awesome deal. Just a little time and effort and this water slide will still last for quite some time. It wasn't fully blown up in the picture due to not having the right blower for it.***FYI**** THE NEW PHOTOS ARE OF IT STILL NOT INFLATED ALL THE WAY IM USING A COUPLE SHOP VACS THE BLOW IT UP LOL AND ALSO THE WHITE PART THAT GOES ALL THE UP AND OVER THE ENTIRE SLIDE IS REMOVEABLE ALSO IT IS THE LADDER AS U CAN KINDA SEE THERE IS Velcro ON BOTH SIDES.
