It’s brand new everything is included, except the wood foot roller pictured in the ad. One of the poles was missing so I came up with an aluminum pole that is the exact same size and will work just fine or you could find a replacement PVC pipe on Amazon I think it’s a metric size that I couldn’t find at a hardware store. Comes with a 3 L capacity high power steamer, remote control, medicine box and folding chair. the tent is made of thick insulated material material.
