Description

From the renowned Franklin Mint, a Limited Edition Collector Plate, named “Spring Pasture” by artist Lowell Herero. The Collector Plate is numbered HJ7843, and is artist signed in the lower right hand corner. Made of fine porcelain, gold rimmed, and in mint condition, this Collector Plate sells for $37.50, plus S/H on Etsy. This is a rare find from the early’90’s.
