27ft Erickson Sailboat

1977 Erickson, well cared for and maintained. Got a fishing boat this summer so one has to go. Currently moored in West Seattle, but have a second moorage (appx 300.00 a month) at the Everett Marina that could be worked into any deal made if you need a place to keep it. Details: -Inboard 12hp Yanmar single cylinder diesel. In need of overhaul, the cylinder isn’t creating compression. Fairly easy job if you’re handy, not too pricey if you aren’t. -Outboard 8hp Honda extended shaft engine. Works just fine, uses about .4 gallons per hour. -V berth in the bow, sleeps 2 comfortably, and the benches in the galley also convert to beds, sleeping 2 more. -on board toilet -three sails included in good shape. Two main sails and a Genoa -interior wood is in excellent shape, exterior wood didn’t get stained this summer but is in otherwise good shape. Really fun and usable boat, would love for her to find a good home.
