Modern sectional with ottoman in excellent condition. PRICED TO SELL! Purchased new less than a year ago for $3,300 (Ashley Furniture). It has seen minimal use since I travel frequently for work and spend a lot of time at my fiancée’s place. Cushions hold their shape well and the overall condition is very clean with no major wear. Breaks down into 4 pieces for transport. Approx. 9–10 ft on the shorter side and 12–13 ft on the longer side. Located in a lower-level unit — approximately 15 steps up for pickup. Will need two people to move. Includes ottoman and accent pillows shown.
