vintage wrought iron metal rolling serving tea (or bar) cart is made by Russel Woodard, and from the Briarwood Collection. This is a patio garden indoor/outdoor bar/beverage /buffet cart. $250 great in sunroom, porch, patio, deck or poolside. No Oxidation. One wheel is missing a hexagonal nut with a cap or dome on it, often referred to as a "cap nut" or "acorn nut." Maybe replaceable. See pics for missing but Other than that, it’s in great condition. Pick up location in Tracy
