DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Vehicles are not fixed properly and will break down on you down the road. The front desk is very unprofessional in person and on the phone. The girls at the front desk will talk bad about you in front of you if they assume you don't speak spanish especially over the phone. The day I arrived to see the truck I was buying I found that the A/C was not working properly and the tires where cracked really bad so I let the salesperson (Tony) know, he then walked me to Alan (the loan officer) and let him know about the problem. Alan told me that they would fix it and do a final inspection on it since I had to drive it back home 4 hrs away. The next day I picked up the truck to take it back and saw that the tire problem didn't get fixed. I talked to Alan and he told me that the tires where good and that I would be fine. When I left I drove it for about 55 miles then the check engine light turned on. I connected my scanner and it gave me the codes that something was wrong with the DEF. I called Tony back and told him what had happened. He told me that the truck was ok and that the light would turn off once I filled it with DEF. The gage showed full but it still took a hole box. I drove it back home because they had closed the dealership since it was already late. The light never turned off. I called Tony back the next morning and he told me that they couldn't fix it since I had already purchased the truck and that if they checked the truck I would have to pay for it to be fixed. I took it to my mechanic and he told me that it needed a hole new DPF exhaust system so I had no choice but to fix it. And now that the cold weather started I found out that the heater doesn't work. Also I never got my license plates and when I called them they told me they had been there for over 2 months. I NEVER got a phone call from them. I spoke to the store manager Arlet and I explained that Alan had told me that they would get mailed to my address. Arlet told me that I was wrong and  that Alan was not in charge of that department (even though he was the only one I talked to when I was buying the truck) she also told me that they only call once and that they don't chase people down because its the buyers responsibility to keep up with there own stuff. Arlet said that if I Cash App them $20 that they would send me the plates. I went to the courthouse and I only got charged $7.50 for the sticker and plates. They told me at the courthouse that the dealers should be in charge of sending me the sticker and plates since I had already paid for all of that. I hope this helps someone not get screwed over. And NEVER make a review till after you drive it for a couple of days because they pretty much force you to put one before you leave the dealer so it makes them look good. If they make you do one you can always change the review at a later time.

I’d recommend everyone to go get a car from here, it’s very fast and simple. Carlos was very helpful and extremely EXTREMELY kind. He said “this car is for you” and that it was. Nothing was left out, he told me what he was doing every step of the way and he made sure everyone was doing their part to get me off the lot with my car as efficiently as possible. He worked with me with the budget I was on and it fit perfectly. He made this experience a 10/10 definitely will come again.

On September 9, 2023, I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacrosse from Mainland Investment Auto Sales at 6001 N Shepherd Dr. Houston, TX 77091 as an As Is No Warranty. After test-driving the car, I asked if it had any unknown issues, and I was told no. That very same day, I noticed that the AC was barely cooling, and I was told that it just needed some freon, so they added it in. That very next day I brought it back in for repair because the AC was not cooling at all, and I was very upset. Once I made it to the location, I noticed that they were closed for the weekend, so I drove the car to their location at 7525 Airline Dr, Houston, TX 77037. Once at the 2nd location, the Engine light came on and I was just so distraught. They kept my car for the next two weeks to get repaired. They supposedly replaced the AC Compressor. Alan told me that I was lucky that they repaired it for me due to the fees and labor. Within the next three weeks, the car started making a noise and turned off while driving at any given time. The car is not an ECO vehicle, so in that case it’s unsafe to drive. I called to speak to manager Alan, and he never accepted my phone calls. I was only able to speak with the front office clerks and they were rude and told me that the day I left the lot with the car was not their responsibility since it was an as-is. I was furious because I do understand what an As-Is- Warranty is but at the same time, you must inform the consumer of any mechanical issue before selling it. In my case, they did not, and I asked if there were concerns that I should be made aware of. They said that they had already fixed the AC and anything else would come out of my pocket for repairs to be made, which is unfair. Even when my tags were ready, I told them that it was unsafe to drive on the freeway since I was coming from the other side of town, and still no concern or help from them. I had to get my mother to pick them up for me. Since then, the car will turn off on its own while driving or idle which is not safe, and it also has an acceleration problem. I’ve called the location several times seeking help, but they refused to take any ownership of my concerns. I do understand that the car was purchased used.  I didn’t expect the car to be useless and to be in this situation. If I purchased it from an individual owner, they would’ve had to tell you the car problems. So basically, I spent all that money on a car that doesn’t work. I’ve had to get the car towed a total of 4 different times for turning off or not turning back on since October 2023. I had Classic Elite Chevrolet Dealership in Sugarland, TX to inspect the car on February 26, 2024. I was told that my battery and alternators were good but the ENGINE needs replacing. I was in total shock about the news of another major issue with the car when I used all I had to purchase the vehicle. I’m seeking justice for a refund or replacement. The car has been parked at my house as out of service more than being driven.

Actually, two days later they car started running hot, and they fixed the problem.  Not alone, that i got oil changed and also a fuel pump. I would not recommend these people to anyone, not even my kids. i would catch a hover and lift before investing my money to them.
