Just bought a Hyundai sonata. It was a painless experience and very quick as far as the buying process, but they are a company that can legit finance anyone so getting questions answered are not the best.
Unfortunately due to identity theft and a recent disability my credit had fallen, so I didn’t have many options. What they don’t know is that I did at one time have great credit so I have been through proper buying and selling process.
We wanted a very small payment  we were approved for several vehicles 10k to 15k  we said we wanted the smaller one that was only 5k.  They said it wasn’t an option
When we asked what payments would look like he already was pushing to sign papers before we were aware.
That’s the high pressure.  No option to see if the payment is affordable when we didn’t expect to only be able to settle for a high dollar vehicle.
My husband asked several times how much it came too and he would not respond but with quick short answers.   It wasn’t until the last sets of paperwork that we are now 3x more than what the cost of the vehicle was.
Ok again fine we get it, it’s part of the push the cars on the people who are trying but not good enough for a good rate……anyways…..if you want a chance to build damaged credit this is the place. If you want a decent vehicle with bad credit. Again this is the place. But if you want questions asked and time to figure out if the payment is affordable then walk away.  Because that’s the worst pressure someone could be under especially when nothing is private and there’s a waiting room crammed with people that is also the same room as their office

Their customer service is amazing. I love that they provided snacks for me and my kiddos. I got approved fast. And they helped pay for my uber to come back to get the car I purchased.

We were really impressed with the selection of vehicles. Garrett and Thomas were super helpful and did not have the typical car salesman pressure. Showed us many options and had easy financing. Would recommend to anyone!
