It’s incredibly comfortable, especially with your legs up on the ottoman, and is in great shape after being lightly used. The only blemish is on the ottoman where some of the leather has rubbed a bit thin. Some leather conditioner could easily restore it back to new. Willing to drop off within 20 mins of McDowell Mountain Ranch area.
