I am selling a membership to mountain lakes in Lytle Creek, CA. Price is $3,500 Membership fees are $2220 yearly or $555.00 each quarter. Transfer fee is $299.75 Buyer will be the last owner. There is not another transfer other than the one allowed with the membership we are selling. The membership can not be willed to a next of kin. The membership lasts as long as the next owner wishes to keep it. There is no penalty for ending membership at any time. Whoever assumes this membership will be the last owner, it cannot be sold/willed again, it can only be dissolved. **Also the only two people that can be on a membership together is spouses and partners that live in the same household. There will be a background check from mountain lakes on new owner. The membership was purchased by my parents in 2014. It is a Park Pride membership which has the use of camping, RV parking and access to the cabins. (camping includes : Tenting,Rv,Motorhome,Trailer,5thwheel) Members can have a total of 10 people with them at all times. This 10 does include the member, 2 members can be on a membership together. This means the can have 8 guest, the can change out the names during their stay as their guests leaves.
