Living Room/Play Area Set

Good used condition set. Set includes faux leather Ikea friheten sofa bed couch with custom modern legs, modified Ikea kallax tv stand with coordinating baskets and drawers, and huge Ikea 92" high by 80" wide pax unit with baskets, drawers, lockable drawer and shelves. Couch comes with accent pillows if wanted. The closet/armoire will need to be separated to get out of the home. Please come prepared with assistance in moving as I cannot assist. The couch is very heavy and you will also need assistance with that. Again I cannot assist. Keep in mind the couch is not in perfect condition as one leg wobbles and the storage area has a missing support beam that does not affect the seating or couch, rather just the storage area use. We've used it for a couple years without issues as you can see in photos. Otherwise, the actual leather is in near perfect condition. No rips or tears and very easy to clean. The TV stand has a custom base that was added but with a move a molding may have fallen. You can remove the base altogether if you don't want it. TV AND BOOK AREA ARE NOT INCLUDED
