Zenith 6-S-238 Chair-side Radio, late 1930’s To Mid 1940’s, original knobs, cloth and glass. Grill cloth is in good shape and the over all condition of unit is very good. Message me for a video of it working. Unit appears to be original. A few caps were replaced in the 1990’s as well as the yellow cloth wire leads that ran the pilot lights (replaced with new yellow cloth covered wire). All tubes tested well into the good range. This radio is in the range of 80 years old and due to that it is being sold as is. No warranties implied or otherwise, in fact my suggestion is the buyer have it checked out by a qualified professional. I do repair and restoration work and have serviced similar units from time to time but I’m project rich and time poor so it is being sold as is. Yes it works and yes it is a project owning to age.
