Went to view a car on Monday night.  Sales representative Adam was amazing.  I felt he was very honest and made me very comfortable.  He answered any questions I had and what he did not know he quickly found the answer.  As always, there are a few surprises when buying a car but I found Edgar upfront and did what he could to make things right. Sitting with Jonathan through the paperwork process was mostly painless which when you are signing up for payments it is never fun.  But again, Jonathan made it as smooth as he could. I will be back here for my next car and recommend them.

Very friendly and customer focused vehicle service. I took my frontier in for its first complementary oil, change, and tire rotation. Giovanni Valerio was my service advisor. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A1 experience ! I purchased my truck last September 2024 ..Ian was my sales representative! They are false advertisement they tell you your job is your credit but it’s totally not the case. They were sweet and nice. I can’t say that the customer service was bad because it was not bad. It was great but they lied to you. They tell you false information to get you down to corona I live in Temecula mind you is not a long drive but it’s still a drive. It’s a waste of my gas that I don’t have a car that I don’t have and I’m working hard to work on a car. They need to be honest about their programs. Your job is your credit is nothing but a bunch of BS.

Normally the gentleman in this location are great and attentive. This last visit was not the best at all. The woman who attended me did not make eye contact at all. Always looking at her screen. She definitely needs some customer service training. There was an employee running down the halls. Definitely a safety hazard and putting the location in liability. All of the people in the office would see him and not one said anything to him. The woman then came out and just handed me my keys while I was in the waiting room. Didn’t ask if there was anything else I needed, nor thank you for coming in today.

Great service. One part was under warranty so they deducted from the service bill completely. Very honest and the timeframe was estimated pretty accurately. No one likes spending money on servicing s vehicle but my experience was very positive. Especially with Angel. Thank you for a good experience.
