This RV must sell as is, and quick. My loss is your gain. What’s not 100%: generator hasn’t been used and doesn’t turn on (needs work to get started). Shower needs to be re-plumbed. Some of the upholstery is ripped, or worn. The passenger side exterior cabin wall is mended with tape, probably needs some work. General cosmetic wear and tear visible in photos. Solar panel and extra battery not hooked up. No awning. What IS 100%: engine is in tip top shape. All electric is good. Stove and furnace are good. Modern sound system with Bluetooth connected and working. A/C, and heat are working well. Toilet / sinks and sewage system are in good order. All bed areas function properly.
