Description

This gorgeous set needs a new home as they don't fit in my new place. Very comfortable and durable with a classy sophisticated look. Made by Max Home in the USA - the label shows the color as "mahogany". The durable microfiber is super clean and the studded faux leather is in superb condition. Looks great from all sides. The seat and back cushions are removable (not sewn in). Chair dimensions: 44"W x 31"H (solid part - with back cushion it's approx. 36"H) x 40"D - the seat section is approx. 24" x 24". Ottoman dimensions: 28"L x 26"W x 18"H.. Super clean - excellent, near new condition. Non-smoking household - courtesy allergen note: cat in residence. IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need a largish vehicle and two people (but I can help load if absolutely needed). This does NOT come apart. However, the ottoman does fit into the seat area (upside down) pretty well which might help conserve room during transport if the space is tall enough. Location: Carmel Mountain Ranch. Pick up only. Delivery not available.
