If anyone needs to find that car that calls their name to them, AutoProvider is the place you need to look . First day I got here a week prior from today, to look at the car I was interested in, till right now as I left this dealership keys in hand, I’ve had only honesty and respect given to me the whole experience from both Robert and Ed. They blessed me with a vehicle with low miles , in great condition, and they helped fix any concerns I brought up to them . They also have a Mechanic on site . Trust me you will not regret giving this dealership your time .

I overpaid for a 2010 Mazda 3 from this dealership. The car had a strong smoke smell that the salesman claimed would come out easily, but it didn’t. Soon after buying it, the A/C stopped working and engine started making strange noises, and smoke appeared due to a freon leak from the A/C compressor. I can tell that the a/c compressor was replaced because it looks new, but it was not installed properly.

I reached out to the dealership, but since I moved out of state, they are not willing to work with me to resolve the issue. Would not recommend.

I had one of the worst car-buying experiences of my life with this dealership. On February 23, 2025, I purchased two vehicles, putting down $5,000. Fast forward to today, May 19, 2025, and both vehicles are sitting in the garage and practically undriveable.

Car #1:
•	Broke down completely
•	A/C doesn’t work
•	Brakes are bad
•	Wires are coming out of both front tires
•	Transmission is leaking due to a bad seal
When I brought this to their attention, they had the audacity to tell me it would cost $650 to fix, even though the issues clearly existed when they sold me the vehicle. They’ve since sold both car loans to a different company, avoiding responsibility altogether.

Car #2:
•	I later discovered it had been in a major accident—information that was never disclosed at the time of sale
•	Found pictures tied to the VIN showing extensive damage
•	The brake light has never turned off
•	The car smells heavily of cigarette smoke, indicating it had not been properly cleaned or detailed
•	Now, the bumper has completely come off—they had simply snapped it on for the sale

Both cars are in terrible condition, and I feel completely taken advantage of. This is not just poor customer service—it’s dishonest and unethical business. If you value your hard-earned money, I strongly advise staying away from this dealership.
