Signed Jim member of Congress, Jim Mackey represented the 4th district in the Democrat party for one term 1965-67. Member of Georgia state legislature 1951 to 1964. Trustee of Emory University and a WW2 US coast guard officer on the USS Menges - won bronze star for rescuing men ship was torpedoed. Pick in James Island near folly beach.
