Lemon lot of lies! I purchased a 2022 Dodge Scat Pack nearly one year ago from this dealer. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle, I brought the car in as my hood was wobbling while driving. I cited the terrible rebuild of vehicles body (alignment) along with the fact that the windshield wiper fluid sprayer were also not connected. The mechanic came out and told me I should be grateful for the warranty on the vehicle and stop complaining. Fast forward another month… I get my oil changed only to find out that hoses were not attached properly so I get those replaced. In September, I take the vehicle in again and more issue with poorly connected hoses, bad brakes, and needing new tires. Mind you, I have only 12K miles total on the vehicle. This cost me $6500 and none of this was covered by their extended warranty that was “bumper to bumper.” A few days ago on my way into work, the vehicle begins sputtering and dies in the driveway at my work “electronic throttle body failure.” I get the car towed and find out today that this vehicle with low miles has a bad engine. At a minimum, I need a full upper engine rebuild if not a new engine. I have kept up with all maintenance and have receipts. This place sold me a lemon! The sales person lied and said the vehicles air bags never went off during accident and there was minor damage that caused the vehicle to need a restored title. I have the pictures and that was a lie! The warranty only covers 5 day rental car for approved repairs. I will need a rental for weeks or longer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are crooks and liars. I will be taking this up with the BBB and a lawyer should this deal ship continue to disregard the fact that they have been deceitful in their sales practice of selling lemons.
