Amazing service!! I can’t speak to it enough. Very responsive , the quality of the cars are great, extremely honest and did a great job at working with us where we were at in buying process.  I love my bank but when I tell you they gave him a bit of the run around they really did yet he was very responsive, patience and we were still able to close within the week at a fair price. Joe is very knowledgeable and overall a great salesman.

I highly recommend Maxum Motors Limited, in Chandler, AZ, over any dealership that is based through corporate/franchised ownership. Joe takes care of his guests, is patient, answers all questions you may have, and is 100% transparent. Before my husband and I took our truck in for trade, we started with a call to initiate our interest. Even over the phone he gave his honest opinion about everything. Despite a common misunderstanding regarding the condition of our trade-in, he was upfront, fair, and kind about it.

Joe is focused more on customer service and satisfaction than his concern about profit. We had a few thousand dollars' worth of repairs needed on our trade-in, but he adjusted the costs in our favor in order to help us drive off his lot with our desired trade.
