Only 3 months old, basically brand new! purchased from Levin in July. Great comfy couch but unfortunately just too big for our space. The color is really a nice neutral (think blue jeans). Shih tzu friendly home but he doesn’t shed and isn’t allowed on the couch. No smoking. Piece under chaise can be switched to other side for narrower setup. Dimensions in last photo. Comes apart into 2 sections for easy transport. Also, we have French doors so it will be easy to remove. 3 pillows included! $1000 OBO
