I recently had the pleasure of working with Evan, my sales consultant, and Mike, his manager, at Right Toyota in Scottsdale—and I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest, most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment I walked in, Evan greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He wasn’t just knowledgeable—he was patient, attentive, and truly listened to what I needed. He took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. From original correspondence via email to coming into the dealership and getting my new Tacoma the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jacob Mautner was who I worked with primarily and he was extremely transparent and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or be put into buying that was not mutually beneficial. They worked with me and we came to a price we were both comfortable with. My past experiences with dealerships were nothing short of traumatizing and Right Toyota made the car buying process fun, efficient, and overall enjoyable; something I’d never thought I would say. I also worked with Ken in finance who was also extremely pleasant to work with. Moving forward I will most likely never go to another dealership again unless it is Right Toyota. I’m honestly impressed and cannot recommend this place enough.
