Hello 👋 I buy used Japanese 3DS consoles and repair them. This post is so anyone interested in buying one of my consoles can put in a custom order based on the services offered below. The console only prices range from $200 to $300 based on the console type and screen type combination (TN or IPS). ●Console and stylus only (no SD card) ●I can also homebrew (jailbreak) the 3DS for a fee of $20. If you choose this service, I will include a 32 GB sd card. - Please note: After homebrewing the 3DS, you will be able to use custom software and U.S. titles on the system, but the system language will only be in Japanese. ●If you want to be able to set the system language to English or another language other than Japanese, a region swap must be performed. I can also do this for a fee of $5. In order to do this, the system must be homebrewed, so it will be $25 total to homebrew and region swap. -Please Note: according to the official 3DS Hacks Guide, uninstalling modded software from a region swapped console will brick the console. If this is a concern and if you don't mind having a console with the system language stuck on Japanese, it is best to only mod the console. Modding will allow you to play games from different regions other than japanese (the games will play in their native language) ●If you decide to mod the console, I will leave the nand backup files in the included SD card. These will help you recover your system if it becomes bricked. ●I also offer a USB-C charging port upgrade service to change the rear charging port to a USB-C port. This service is $15 Please note that there may be cosmetic imperfections such as scratches and dents on the shell of the system that may not be visible in the pictures Also, note that unless the system is homebrewed, the 3DS will only play Japanese titles (games from other regions such as the U.S. will not work unless the 3DS is modded) Modding a 3DS is actually really easy. You could do it yourself if you'd like. 🙂
