Needs air in the tires. I don't have the adapter to add air. I don't know if it holds air either. Everything else seems in great shape. I have never ridden it. I purchased it used. In the next few days or by the weekend I will find a valve stem adapter to add air and take a ride. Per Google: This model is a vintage triathlon bike known for its aerodynamic design and was handbuilt in the USA with double-butted superlight aluminum tubing. The "Alpha SLR" refers to the grade of aluminum used in the frame construction. The Hilo series, like the Hilo 1000 and 2000, were designed for time trials and triathlons, emphasizing an aero riding position.
