Joe  was absolutely excellent to work with. One of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. He is very straight forward and makes the process very transparent. Super happy with my new truck!

Avoid this place at all cost. Got a truck who’s paint it’s pealing off, transmission slips, dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree, motor oil looked like nobody has changed it in years. I got it delivered to another state so you know these people just took full advantage of me the same way they’ll take advantage of you. That’s without including the fact these people registered the truck in a different state ,radio doesn’t work (back camera doesn’t work since the screen doesn’t) and some plastic inside the truck came cracked or broken.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Autolocity. I recently purchased a 2022 GMC 2500 HD Denali, and everything went better than expected. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The vehicle was in great condition and exactly what I was looking for. If you’re searching for a dealership that’s easy to work with and truly professional, Autolocity is the place to go.

To address the negative reviews — the overall rating (Google, BBB, ECT) might not look great but my experience was completely the opposite. Everyone’s experience can be different, but I felt the staff genuinely worked with me and made sure I had a positive purchase. If you’re considering buying from them, I’d encourage you to give them a chance and judge based on YOUR own experience. In my case, I absolutely give them 5 stars and would recommend them to others.

Lastly I would add- do your homework! Know that branded title vehicles may have small issues or cosmetic blemishes but the price reflects. Get your vehicle inspected by a 3rd party if needed, take your time at the dealership, ask questions before signing anything, ask about the warranty and what is covered.

Please note when I do reviews I never give 10 stars or 4 stars, no one is perfect or walks on water. That being said 4.9. Fred was my salesman. I must say his communication was great. Responding to any questions was in a timely manner. If I'm looking for another used car I would go back Autolocity.

Tomas was extremely helpful with our experience in purchasing from Autolocity.  Tomas was very patient with us and let us decide at our pace.  We definitely recommend getting with him for any car shopping!  We love our Ram!
