Description

Great Telescope and a sturdy mount (Meade's 4500-style equatorial mounts). 1997-1998 Meade 114mm f/8 reflector. Optical performance is great. Focusing an object is immediate and very accurate. The tripod-to-mount base has aluminum legs that are firm, unbent, and glide nicely to the desired adjustments. A beginner's dream it is a nice, dependable tool for the recreational enthusiast.
