Has charger but no key to take battery Can’t test ride but u could turn it on and throttle it to make sure I have no problem Popped wheel and messed up rim but a little touch ups will fix it or u could buy a whole new rim with a mortar No brakes those are easy to get fixed u could most likely do it yourself Other than that it runs perfectly i don’t want it no more and it’s been taking up space It comes with a couple of accessories I’ll add in so u could use, (phone holder ,interior storage bag ,custom back plate, emoto grips , charger, extra phone holder bag meant for holding other accessories to. Negotiate with me, It goes (28mph p-assist) Back wires are out and some have little cuts but you could buy wire tape
