Complete In Box Early Commodore 64 (Not Working)

Complete in box Commodore 64 computer with original manuals/books & registration cards as well as the original included dust cover. This specific unit is dated back to around 1983 because the original user manual dates to the fifth pressing of 1983 (there's also an included sixth edition copy as well) and the F Keys are in the original yellow-cream colored keys (they were later made the classic grey color). This unit has been tested and it powers on with no display and nothing else seems to do anything except for the power LED. It could possibly have old bad chip due to its age and that's what I'm thinking could be the case. Nonetheless would make for an interesting repair project. Only asking $100 firm and will not go any lower due to its boxed condition. It will come with the computer in the box as well as all the original cables. There's also an included composite A/V cable as well for more modern hookups. Will throw an original joystick in for an extra $15. I accept cashapp, PayPal and my most preferred, Venmo.
