Description

This is a lighter and foldable reverse hyperextension bench by the Westside Barbell brand. It's not one of Westside Barbell's usual heavy and larger reverse hyperextension benches that can't be folded. If you're limited on space, this is very convenient as you can fold it, and it has rubber bases to protect your floor from being scrapped or damaged. It is also light enough to be moved around with ease, but not too light for the loaded extension exercises that are meant for. This is a must piece of equipment if you have any low back or lumber spine issues. Besides helping in rehabilitating or strengthening the lumberspine, it also exercises the glutes, hamstrings (isometricly) , and front vastus leg muscles when doing leg extensions with it. Additionally, it has double leveled handles, which I added for any ideal body positioning into the bench. It can be readjust with a Hex L-wrench. Finally, it is still almost like new with very little wear.
