Sony RCD-W1 Compact Disc Recorder CDR/CDRW Dual Deck CD Player - Parts/Repair! The unit powers up, both CD trays open and close, both drives will spin the discs, however Deck A won't play a disc and displays an Error when attempting to read a CD (may need belt replaced or some other repair). Deck B will play a CD and seems to work fine, but I am unable to test its recording function, as I don't have a Music CDR blank disc to test it. So, at the very minimum, this unit can be used as a basic CD player, and as a single deck CDR/RW recorder if the Deck B proves to be able to record and make discs from an external source. The unit has some cosmetic wear and tear in the form of scuff marks and a few dings (see pics). The unit is for Local Pickup Only from Laurel, MD and is being sold AS-IS for Parts Repair with No Refunds or Returns offered. Serious buyers only, please!
