For sale today I have a *Tiffany & Co. Caduceus Clip Sterling Silver .925 Ballpoint Pen for Medical Doctor Nurse Pharmacist*. This item is pre-owned and in good to very good condition. It was recently professionally cleaned at Tiffany's. The pen includes three pen refills. It has a replacement black non-Tiffany refill installed in it. It also comes with two other non-Tiffany's refills. It includes the original Tiffany & Co. insert, but it seems the ink from that one has either dried up or run out. The refills are the same size and work perfectly. Overall, the pen works great and includes a Tiffany's bag. It makes a great gift for anyone in the medical field.
