Really easy, everyone is so kind and nice. After a year and half of looking, of dealing with every flavor of car companies, this place was a breath of fresh air. Made easy to finance outside and pay cash price, really good deal on a Honda crv, beating the competitors :) 9/10 would recommend, -1 my dad couldn’t pee at the upstairs lot.

Gonzalo was excellent from the shaking of our hand to the last signature on the final paper and the last hand shake to say “thank you!” Professional yet his smile showed we could talk with a friendly person about realistic issues of needs in a car.
