My car buying Experience with this dealership was a 100% satisfaction transaction, no kidding! This dealership is not your typical dealership  that force their products on you,  their loyal customers. The sales team are extremely knowledgeable about their products and professional in their dealings. It’s a totally five star experience. We were already stressed out with moving across the ocean to our new home in Bothell; we were not looking forward to buying a car. How pleasantly surprised we were by the ease and pleasure it was to buy a car from Brooks Biddle! The price was clearly stated for the vehicle we were interested in. A delightful woman named Violet took us for the test drive and walked us easily through the whole process, and within an hour we were walking out the door with keys in hand. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and especially Violet, who combined a great personality with true car knowledge.

I went here to view a car I found on online that caught my eye and decided to have a look. They let me take the car into a local auto shop for a quick inspection during the test drive and the car was in great condition so I decided to purchase it. During the process I decided to trade in my old car and it was appraised at a very fair price. The people who run this business are legit and I am thankful for the honest and patient customer service I received at Brooks Biddle Automotive. I highly recommend this used car lot.

Had a great experience here. I found the car I wanted online and set up an appointment easily. Oz was the salesperson who helped me, and he was very friendly and not pushy at all. I went for a test drive and drove my new car home later that day!

I meant to put this review out awhile ago but better late then never. Ethan and Ian were such a big help and very patient when I went to go buy the tesla there everything started off smooth but of course some hiccups happened. They both gave me options to do in the mean time until I could sort some stuff out with my bank.. I ended up walking out that same day with the car I wanted even though I didn't give them the amount I told them I was going to give them right away. Both were very friendly, patient, and fun to work with I recommend this place for your next car purchase.
