Vanilla Extract 4oz - All Natural

Description

This is for all natural vanilla extract made with Ugandan vanilla beans and 40% vodka. These bottles were made from 12/4 - 12/8 of 2024 and have been sitting for over 6 months. Vanilla beans from Uganda have a well balanced flavor along with slight notes of cocoa. We get bottles at bulk prices to pass on the savings to buyers. Local pickup/delivery near Edison, NJ 08837. I will not ship these items due to the cost of packaging them correctly and risk that the buyer can say they arrived damaged even if they didn't. A little information for those of you who may not know but the FDA requires a specific amount of vanilla beans per gallon of liquid for it to be considered vanilla extract. The alcohol % is supposed to be 40 and the vanilla bean grade makes a difference because grade A beans that are plump and juicy will release moisture into the alcohol, which will dilute it and lower the %. This is why grade B beans should be used becausethey have less moisture and are more potent. If you look at the label on some so callex "organic" vanilla extracts out there, they also list cane sugar as being added. When you see someone on YouTube adding 4 beans to a cup of vodka, that's completely wrong information and not even half of the weight required to be considered vanilla extract. Chefs/bakers out there should also know that your end result is as good as the ingredients added. My family comes from Sicily and the Sorrento and Naples areas of Campania, Italy. We make specific products like real cannoli with no fillers to thin out the ricotta or add double the amount of sugar to make the cream last longer. It's beyond laughable to see the prices bakeries and restaurants charge for overly sugared premade bucket of cream from a restaurant supply store and pass it off as "authentic." We also make ricotta cheesecake, grain pie, torta caprese, amaretti cookies, along with American style fruit pies made with real fruit and adding our own twist to them like adding sweet marsala wine to the extracted juices of the fruit to make the filling. Offerup doesn't allow us to post these items for sale due to regulations but might be able to post our contact details. We might make our signature cannoli cream enhancer extract, which is cinnamon based, for sale depending on the demand. We have other vanilla extracts for sale and will offer a discount when purchasing more at one time.
