FIRM on price if your trying to negotiate move along... It is carrier locked to spectrum do to it being reported stolen (no i did not steal it, phone is under my name but can't claim to have found becuase company would consider it fraud) i lost the phone coming back from Mexicali one day and a nice stranger find it and return it to me a week later after i lost and reported it stolen. The phone is in perstine condition i bought it and only used it for about two months before loosing it. For any more info DM me, once again FIRM ON PRICE! If you plan to negotiate move along.....
