You generally would not think you would go to an Acura dealership for a BMW but I am more than satisfied with the amazing experience and deal I received.

I originally went to get a 2021 preowned BMW with very low mileage but upon arrival it was just sold right before I got there. There was some miscommunication with the online sales team, it happens, what happened next is what compelled me to write this review.

Andrew immediately identified the error and came up with a better solution. He was able to still make my already pre-approved trade-in stick for the amount that I wanted and was expecting. He was able to find me a 2024 under warranty (that still had a year and a half and 12,000 miles in free service directly from the BMW dealership) with better luxury options for slightly less than the car I originally wanted. How he figured that out in less than 10 minutes was impressive!

At the same time, he made sure my Wife and I were extremely comfortable and he even put the football game on his phone at his desk for us to watch the during the entire time he was busy making sure the transaction & paperwork was being processed with his colleagues and car was being detailed!

Highly recommended and truly appreciated the great deal I got. Andrew also followed up to make sure everything was smooth and spot on with the car and was able to quickly answer a few minor questions.

Francois is an excellent salesperson, and his manager is also very dedicated to their work! Everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in in the morning until the drive home. Francois also prepared everything I needed and made sure I didn't forget anything! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will continue to buy cars from them.

I normally hate car shopping, but Jeff made the entire experience stress-free and flawless. My old car broke down and I was upside down on the loan. Jeff didn’t just talk me through it - he personally drove my broken car from the shop to the dealership (even when it stalled on the way) so he could make sure I got the best possible outcome. He worked it out so I didn’t have to pay for repairs, my loan was a fully taken care of, and I drove away in a brand-new 2025 MDX.
This is a service well beyond the call of duty. Jeff truly goes the extra mile for his customers, and it shows. If you want someone you can trust to take care of you and fight for your best deal, Jeff is your guy. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
Additionally, AutoNation Acura in Sanford overall is just a great experience, all staff is friendly, attentive, kind, and pays attention to small thing, such as the “cherry on top” (in my case a big blue bow) on my new car for celebratory photo shoot. :)

Let me be the first to say, That I’m not one who enjoys spending time at dealerships! Whether it be for sales or service, I would be inclined to say that it’s always about pushing the envelope and typically a miserable experience. I mean, come on, how often does one enjoy going to buy or lease a car without high pressure sales tactics and spending more money than you intended?!

Well, let me tell you, AutoNation Acura in Sanford, Florida does it right!  From the moment that I arrived, some of the guys like Noah and those that work at the front end Were courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable, about the questions that I had and directing me to Jeff Makowski, my sales agent was amazing from the beginning!  Jeff was both knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, as well as as pricing and discounts, as well as incentives offered on the 2024 Acura ZDX that I ended up leasing. The finance manager who I worked with was not pushy or forceful and his direction and suggestions.

All in all, I gave this dealership five stars because the experience was absolutely wonderful and probably, I will move to say the best car buying and leasing experience that I have ever had in 30 years!  I’ve always been an Acura fan, I’ve owned three! And I will definitely say that I am in even bigger fan now thanks to the staff At AutoNation Acura in Sanford, Florida!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Acura dealership. I purchased my car back on March 30, and within 72 hours, I noticed an issue with the middle console. They told me to make an appointment so they could look at the problem. They scheduled me for May 30 and informed me that they had to replace a part on the audio screen. They ordered a part that took 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. They replaced a part, but it was only okay for one week. I called them back and made another appointment, and they told me I had to leave my car and they would provide me with a loaner car. They called me 2 hours before my appointment time stating that they don't have enough labor for that day can we reschedule the appointment I said ok. Then on the 2nd appointment, they called again 2 hours before told me that they don't have any loaner car available for today we need to reschedule your appointment again. I made an appointment on September 20 and it's been 4 weeks they still have my car. The service adviser told me that they can not fix the problem it is a manufacturer's default. I asked them to replace the car and they told me that they can not do anything about it I need to talk to the Acura manufacturer. My car is brand new driven 4000 miles only and they said they can't replace the car. So please don't go to this dealership at the lady Cathe Hernandez she is not professional at all she is very rude don't know how to talk to the customer. I went with my cousin today on 10/16/25 to get some help on this matter she said they can not help me on this. My advice to all is that do not buy any car from them.
