2005.5 Jetta TDI diesel 342,000 miles. 1.9L BRM engine, Auto DSG trans. 2nd owner, been my daily driver for last 11 years, always gets 40-45 mpg, always well-maintained. Replaced timing belt, water pump & camshaft at 280k. Fully loaded, all the options. Added Frost Heater for winter time. New battery last year. The BAD... DSG trans slams into gears when warmed up. Works normal cold & for first 10-15 mins of driving, but then acts up. Dual-mass flywheel rattles a bit when cold. Stopped driving car in Sept because of trans issue so has been sitting. Starts & runs, but now it's smoking badly from exhaust after running few minutes, blue/black smoke so it's burning oil. Rocker panels are rusted. Rear headliner fabric came off. No time to fix, hate to just junk it, maybe someone wants? Lots of good parts or you can take the time to fix. Clean title in hand. $1000 OBO. First come takes it away. Drives but recommend towing due to smoke
