Still in great condition. No scratches or damages in wood or concrete. The wood beam is finished in an antique grey stain. The concrete has some natural discoloration along some of the edge and end as shown in photos - came from RH that way. Very small nick on the edge which was also from factory. Hard to see unless you look close. The concrete was cured recently. This was over $8,000 brand new. Located in Huntington Harbor. This is a very heavy piece. I can deliver it for $50, but you will need help unloading. 84" Table: 84"L x 40"W x 30"H Overhang: 10" at ends Top Thickness: 2" Clearance Under Apron: 26½" Space Between Legs: 56" at sides Weight: 298 lbs.
