I am selling my 2022 Grand Design 31G with two slide outs and a garage that will fit a four seat polaris or can am. It is in pristine shape with almost no generator hours because my wife and I only used it at full hook up sites. It has an upgraded mattress, two TVs, two bathrooms etc. Look up the specs to see the floor plan and info. Anyone who knows trailers knows Grand Design is the absolute top of the line. I have listed it as the lowest price 31g in the country for a quick sale. $53,500 you will not find a better deal anywhere in the country. I am selling because we bought an RV Diesel pusher. It is also under warranty until 2028.
