Found this dealer on google for a van for my grandma who needed a car. Kaine reached out right away and got car ready. The car was so clean and drove well! Thank you so much for your help. My husband said Richard was very nice! Thank you for making process fast and easy for us. She is so excited to finally have a vehicle.

One week update, car has had many issues so very disappointed. We have spent a lot of money on it to be fixed just 5 days in. When I first called they said they did inspection. But at this point so many things needed to be replaced that I am unsure they did.

2nd week update. Went to a Kia dealership and got evaluated after leaks continued. Said engine head gasket is failing and 12k to fix. This dealer sold us a bad vehicle. We have asked to return and is slow to action.

Week 5 update, dealer replaced engine at no additional costs and has since worked good no leaks

I bought a Chrysler from them price was very reasonable for age and mileage. Richard allowed me to take the vehicle to a third party mechanic to have it inspected and that really put my mind at ease before I bought it. The team also met with me three times, negotiated, and fixed minor cosmetic issues on the car before I bought. Thank you it's a very cute car. If they have a car I wanted to buy, I would buy again from this dealer. only waiting for title and plates ATM

Worst experience ever. Buying a car for the first time and it was a 2 day process constantly saying I'm approved for a vehicle and went back and forth 4 times. I was told I was approved by Richard himself and then when I get to the "business" he tells me last minute I cannot get the car. I went back and forth many times and also have family that got cars from him and they just aren't worth your business at all! They'll tell you your approved and when you get there they will tell you no and present their shittiest car on the lot while other employees let you know the problems with the cars. Highly not recommended take your money somewhere else!

Ive had my car for almost 2 week now Richard is old school & is very loyal to his customers, He had me in&out within 30 minutes Also the other employees actually care about your financial situations no matter what they can be. flexible w payments , understanding but really stands on business so pay your bills ! .

I can't say thank you enough for the awesome hard work this place did to get me into a beautiful car at an awesome price with extremely low miles.  I've had bad experiences with car places that put me in a horrible situation but the amazing people at u park turned it all around for me! Thank you isn't even big enough!!!
