I wanted to buy a black 2008 Toyota Yaris with 97k miles and a 5-speed manual transmission on 1/9/25. Claudia told asked me to come tomorrow, and I followed up letting her know I would. The weather was a little bad from snow/ice over the last few days, so at 8:45 AM the following morning (1/10/25) she asked how it was for me and what time could I come. Less than 1 hour later at 9:37 AM I said I could come now & that the weather wasn't a problem for me. No response. Texted her again at 11:12 AM trying to see if I could still come. By 11:20 AM she said she called and there was no answer (she only called 1 time & didn't leave a voicemail or any other message). Barely a few minutes later at 11:27 AM I apologized with the explanation that my phone sometimes doesn't ring when I receive calls from unsaved numbers and asked if I could call her back. No response. I really wanted this car, so I decided to make the trip to their car lot from Dallas and arrived at 3:42 PM (which should have been a reasonable time that's well before their listed closing time). Nobody was there & place was totally locked up, even though literally every other business and store on the street was open. Frustrated, I texted her saying that she could have at least told me they were closed earlier that morning so I wouldn't have wasted my time. No response.

Fast forward about a month: I saw that the car was still listed on 2/12/25, so I asked about it again - what do you know, no response! And now the listing was marked as sold today (2/25/25), though it seems that it was sold well before now. Seeing as the most recent review before this one was written by the person who bought the very car I wanted! (It's the one on the left side of the photo they included). If only I had been treated fairly and gotten to have that same experience, but instead I have just been ignored at every turn. It's a bit of an understatement to say I'm highly disappointed, and that Claudia was VERY unprofessional with how she treated a potential customer that had genuine interest, consistent communication, and showed an actual effort on their end. Sadly I do not think I would be willing to do business with someone who's so disrespectful that they would rather ignore me over and over than just tell me a "yes" or a "no" or just SOMETHING. Any kind of response would have been appreciated. But unfortunately this kind of experience just leaves a bad taste in one's mouth when it comes to the dealer in general. Which is why even though I normally try not to be so critical or give negative feedback, I just can't help but express my overall frustration, disappointment, and dissatisfaction with the experience I had. I'm sure Claudia is a great sales rep, but I don't appreciate the complete disregard for my time & disrespectful conduct she showed by just continuing to keep ignoring me. So I personally just wanted to try and help other people avoid having their time wasted. Or at least take their business someplace that will treat them like an actual person when they're trying to get the car they really want or need. And NOT just blow them off or pretend they don't exist and just sell the vehicle they REALLY wanted from underneath them! Would NOT recommend

I'll update this review if they are able to make things right, as I just so happen to still be in the market for a vehicle that's similar to the one mentioned previously. Or at the VERY least, some form of acknowledgement and sympathy for an outcome that nobody deserves and could've easily been avoided.
