I'm selling a Royal Doulton figurine of a girl named Rose." The figurine is made in England of bone china and was designed by Arthur (Leslie) Harridine, who was Royal Doulton's premier and most prolific modeler producing surburb figurines from 1920-the mid 1950's. Many hugely popular models flowed from his home studio. It is said that the other Doulton artists, designers, and painters would all gather round and unpack his creations, eager to see what he would come up with each month. The figurine has no chips, cracks, or crazing, and the face is painted beautifully. It measures 4 3/4 inches tall. A beautiful girl named after a beautiful flower.
