I had a very bad experience with a GMC dealer in Laguna Niguel....much too involved to explain here. I needed to replace my truck which they damaged during a routine oil change.  After 2 1/2 months of dealing with them, I gave up. I reached out to Temecula Valley GMC. They had the replacement truck I wanted. I dealt with Moe and Rigo and they treated me with courtesy. They made me a very fair deal and I had my new truck the next day!
It was a breath of fresh air dealing with people who put the customer first and do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.
I'll definitely be back in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The gentleman who checked my vehicle in was very quick, efficient and kind.  He had a great personality.  Shortly after being picked up by my husband I got a phone call from the service advisor Quinn.  He was very kind and let me know how long my vehicle would take in the service appt.  I felt kept in the loop the entire time and was very happy with the service I received!  It was  quick turnaround, especially for having made the appt that morning.  I will definitely be returning to Temecula Valley GMC.  Thank you!

The driver’s inside door handle on my 2012 GMC Sierra was broken, so I came in a couple months ago to order a new handle. Of course, they don’t just sell the handle - you have to buy the entire door panel for $700 plus $225 for labor to install it. So, I bit the bullet and decided to spend the money, dropped off my truck (which was ready in about two hours - not bad), and then jumped in after paying the bill. Immediately I checked to see if all of the on my driver side door were working, but they were not - three of my four windows would not roll down. Wouldn’t you think they’d check all of those switches before buttoning up the panel, calling to tell me it’s ready, and then cashing me out? So, then I had to go back inside, tell my service advisor Matthew (who was great) that three of my four windows don’t roll down, and hand him back the keys to bring it back to the service technicians. After about 20 minutes the truck was again pulled up to the front, and I was told it was ready to go. I checked all the buttons and they were in fact working, but then I noticed something else. There’s a small chunk that appears to have been chipped off the brand new plastic on the door handle. I didn’t have the time & energy to go back in to complain a second time, so I ended up just driving away more than a bit frustrated. All in all I spent over $1,000 for a new door panel that has a chip in the plastic handle that makes it look like less than brand new. Oh well, that’s life!
