Me and my father came here today and I cannot thank these guys ENOUGH! Bought my first sports car at 19. 2019 BMW 540i X Drive sedan. Absolutely amazing place very homey. GET MARIO! Mario was an exceptional salesman. Very satisfied.

Not a bad place. Owner was kind of condescending. I went to look at a 2017 Nissan Armada. It was in good shape except for the almost bald tires. I had 2 trade ins. Coming from Lakewood to Newark was a hike. The owner was acting like I didn't know that I would have to have both vehicles there. Who can drive 2 vehicles at once? So I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I made a call to Planet Honda in Union because I had looked at a 2020 Nissan Armada 2 days previous. I bought it for a few thousand more but it was worth it. The 2017 was in very good shape but the 2020 was in excellent shape and 20,000 miles less.

I had an amazing experience at Elite Motor Service thanks to Jay and Sean in finance. Jay made the whole process smooth, transparent, and stress-free he really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Be cautious of the really high dealer fees.
I was very adamant about adding a Z4 to my collection and they had the exact trim I wanted. After discussing the potential of me purchasing the vehicle, I was sent a bill of sale where they had added 3k+ in dealer fees.
I strongly recommend bringing your business elsewhere. I do not recommend this dealership.

1ST Off i want to say mario is one of the patient guys i have ever met. he was very understanding to my needs and financial problems. so this made my purchase extremely good and stress free.
