Brand: Lacoo Dimensions: 50” x 78” x 72” per manufacturer Condition: Used, excellent. Has one small dent on front (visible in photos) from shipping; protective plastic film still over most of exterior. I purchased new in June 2023. Extras: Comes with plywood / 2x4 floor frame with vapor barrier to keep ground moisture from getting in (I had no issues with leaks). Original Price: $325 ($250 w/ tax & shipping + $75 for floor lumber) Terms: Buyer responsible for disassembly, transport, and re-assembly; it will need to be disassembled due to gated side yard (estimating <30 minutes) Location: Encinitas
