I bought this sectional when I moved into my apartment, but due to rising prices, I only stayed in my apartment for 6 months before moving back home. Now, it just sits in my storage. My apartment was pet free and smoke free. The only tear in the couch is a small spot on the pillow, but it’s not noticeable. It was there when I got the couch. Otherwise, there are no rips, stains or tears. I paid $1,750 after all the interest and taxes on the payment plan. It will have to be picked up from my storage in Biloxi, MS. If I have to deliver, I will charge a delivery fee.
