This was my review 7 months ago when I got vehicle yea I was excited because they helped me out with financing in house but after few days my car needed to go to shop. I continue payment said ahh maybe little bump on road 2 months later my transmission goes out I replace it bring it to dealer’s attention that replacing the transmission set me back I’ve never complained about having to fix the issues but after 5 month my job slow down I continue the payments I was one month late they gave me 14 days before late fees are added etc. day 6 came and instead of working with me they picked up the vehicle and now are asking for 1000 more on top of my payment this been the worst experience with this dealership ever not only are all there vehicles defective but they try to scam you on top for more money specially after you fixed all the problems with the vehicle and the same sales person Jose is also there mechanic so the other review they have about them is true I have message as well from Miguel and Jose saying there the dealership mechanic I have receipts and screenshots of these conversations. I highly recommend never going to this dealership unless you want to get scammed.

I went here not expecting anything as my credit is horrible but they worked with me and after about an hour I left with a 2012 mazda 3 and it has been a dream. Definitely recommend 10/10

I cant say this is the worst dealership ive been to because theirs worst out there. I recently got a car here and i wasnt given the option to test drive it. The salesman told me that the car was ready to go, and that the mechanic said the car had no problems whats so ever. Not even 24 hours and the Brakes were all the way to the bottom. I contacted the Salesman and he said to bring it in and that they will fix the problem with the brakes and maybe the allingment too because the sterring wheel shakes a little when im driving it on the freeway. I brought the car in and they told me that the Car Is Sold As Is which i understand. But how can you sell a car knowing the brakes arent good? yet you tell me you want me to pay half to get them fixed. Like i told them, if i get into a car accident, i will go back and sue them because they knew the brakes werent good and they still decided to ignore the problem and sell me the vehicle like that. I took my car back and let the salesman know what i told them im the office and all he said was, do what you need to do. If i wouldve known this place was gonna be like this, i wouldnt of never gave them my money for a car like that with problems.

Worst Car Dealership ever my fiancé got a 2009 Ford flex from them. It’s been having problems since the day we got it say they’re gonna fix it and never fix all the problems. The tire light stays on check engine light goes on and off car run hot .They promised the AC work the AC went out A month after We had the car I’ve she’s only had the car since February, and they have tried to repo The car three times once for a payment that was only 14 days late two times for Latin insurance then they want you to pay $400 just to get your car back plus storage fees like they stole your car at a tow yard when it still stored at the swap meet. Also, they lie and tell you they don’t have two keys to every car and they do. They have an extra spare keys to every car. That’s how they’re able to repo your car. They don’t use a tow truck they go and unlock your car with a key and take it. They’ve done that to me and my fiancé as we were sitting eating lunch at panda express horrible place zero out of 10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone all their cars are lemons
